Right from the start I found Karen so professional and fun to communicate with, I can tell she goes above and beyond for her customers and is very driven for clients special days to be well run and look gorgeous!  Unfortunately we had to cancel and Karen was so empathetic and paid the refund promptly.
If we have a big event in future she would actually be the first vendor I would secure!
